Homer's Enemy" is the twenty-third episode of The Simpsons’ eighth season, first broadcast by Fox on May 4, 1997. The production Cel is called a 12 field cel due to it's size.By Season 14 of The Simpsons the animation had moved from traditional hand- inking of the production cels to that of digital inking and painting, experimentation had occurred as early as Season 12 in 1995.

On three occasions over the last ten years we hosted events at the Gallery with the voice talents of the NO.1 tv show of all time. Yeardley Smith, Nancy Cartwright. Harry Shearer have all been guests of ours. At these events we witnessed queues around the block and record numbers of our customer database all meeting and greeting the artists.

The process of Animation is often a collaborative effort. The evidence of this can often be seen in the long credits at the end of most animated shorts and films.

Whilst only the most talented and skilled artisans would be employed by the studios, it is often difficult to attribute the corresponding artist to the exact piece of artwork we offer.

We therefore credit this artwork as being created by a Studio Artist, acknowledging their skill and talent bringing joy to collectors around the world.
