Art You Grew Up With in association with Selfridges is proud to announce ʻThe Art of Astro Boyʼ, a special animation extravaganza on the 20th February at 2pm.
Based on the classic anime series of the same name, this soon to be released digitally animated film features an all star voice talent cast that includes Samuel L Jackson, Nathan Lane, Kristen Bell, Nicolas Cage, Kristen Bell, Matt Lucas, Eugene Levy and many more.
Set in futuristic Metro City, ʻAstroBoy The Movieʼ is about a young robot with incredible powers created by a brilliant scientist named Tenma.
With his friends and family in danger it is up to ʻAstroBoyʼ to save everything that he cares about. Will he succeed?
This one-off special event will be feature behind the scenes concept artwork used to create the movie, limited edition art featuring key scenes from the film from just £9.99, plus an exclusive edition to Selfridges only available instore at the event.
There will also be a chance for the kids to attend a free ʻAstroBoyʼ drawing master-class with Art You Grew Up With’s inhouse top animator and graphic artist Huw-J.
And a chance to Meet AstroBoy himself!
